Cookie Policy.

Last updated: 7 July 2026 · Effective immediately

This Cookie Policy explains, in plain language, what browser storage parisworks.org actually uses. It is intentionally short because, honestly, the site uses very little.

TL;DR This site does not set any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. It stores exactly one small item in your browser — your cookie-banner choice, so we don't ask you again on every visit — and it is strictly functional.

1. What are cookies and browser storage?

"Cookies" are small text files that websites can store in your browser. Related technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which store data locally in your browser without transmitting it back to the server unless the site's code explicitly does so.

Under Greek Law 3471/2006 (implementing the ePrivacy Directive) and the GDPR, storing information on your device — or accessing information stored there — normally requires your prior consent, unless the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

2. What this site actually stores

Here is the complete list of items this site stores in your browser, and why:

Key Type Purpose Duration Category
cookie-consent localStorage Remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner ("accepted" or "essential") so we don't show it every visit. 12 months Essential

No other cookies, storage keys, IndexedDB objects, service workers or tracking pixels are set by this site.

3. Third-party requests

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google may set functional cookies on its own domains for the purpose of delivering those font files reliably; those cookies are governed by Google's own cookie policy and are not under my control.

If you choose Essential only in the cookie banner, this does not by itself block Google Fonts because the fonts are strictly needed to render the page. If you do not want any third-party fonts to load, use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin, or disable third-party requests in your browser settings.

4. Managing your choices

a. Change or withdraw consent

You can clear your saved cookie-banner choice at any time. Doing so will make the banner appear again on your next visit:

b. Block or delete storage in your browser

All modern browsers let you inspect and delete cookies and site storage. Instructions:

5. Changes to this policy

If I ever add new storage or a new third-party technology, I will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If the change requires new consent (for example, adding analytics), the cookie banner will appear again to give you a fresh choice.
